Ingredients

- Step 1
Take 1/2 cup chopped palak, blanch and puree it. Keep aside.
- Step 2
Melt 1 tsp butter in a fry transpying pan at a low flame. Add 2 tbsp chopped onion and sauté.
- Step 3
Once the onions turn slightlarent, add 1 tsp garlic paste and sauté.
- Step 4
Once the garlic is slightly cooked pour in the previously pureed palak, mix well.
- Step 5
Once the soup starts simmering grate 2 tbsp chopped beetroot and stir it well.
- Step 6
Along with the required amount of water add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper and mix well.
- Step 7
Fold in 1 tbsp cream and allow the soup to cook for a few more minutes.
- Step 8
Garnish with a coriander leaf.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
