Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Blend 1/2 cup sweet corn into a coarse paste.
- Step 2
In a bowl add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 cup suji and mix well.
- Step 3
Now add sweet corn paste, 2 tbsp chopped palak, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding carrots.
- Step 5
Allow the batter to rest for 10 min.
- Step 6
Add 1 tsp fruit salt in batter and mix well.
- Step 7
Grease idli moulds with 1 tsp coconut oil, pour in the prepared idli batter.
- Step 8
Steam the batter for 15 minutes.
- Step 9
Serve hot spinach and corn idlis.
