In a bowl add 3 tbsp chopped spinach, 20g shredded ricotta cheese, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste

Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 3
Mix everything well
- Step 4
Place 2 bread slices and spread 1/2 tsp butter evenly on each slice.
- Step 5
Add the palak corn ricotta mix and cover with another slice.
- Step 6
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp butter, place the sandwich and toast from both sides until crisp
- Step 7
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup
