In a kadai, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 cup chopped yellow capsicum, sprouted beans, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1/4 tsp salt, mix well, add 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Add water, Saute the mixture and keep it aside.
- Step 3
Take prepared roti and place the stuffing on one side.
- Step 4
Roll the roti with stuffing and serve.
