- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/2 cup boiled mashed sweet potato, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder and 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 3
Mash all ingredients and mix everything well
- Step 4
Divide into equal portions, shape them into round cutlets and coat with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.
- Step 5
Heat a pan, shallow fry the cutlets with 2 tsp oil until crispy and golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve with mint chutney.
