- Step 1
To start off first coarsely grind oats and boil and strain 1/4 cup soya granules.
- Step 2
In a grinder add 1/4 cup boiled corn, boiled soya granules, 1/4 tbsp red Thai curry paste,3g leech lime leaves and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, and grind it in a coarse paste.
- Step 3
Transfer the cornsoya mixture to a bowl add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato, 2 tbsp grated cheese, and half of the crushed oats and combine them all together.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 5
Make round patties and heat 1 tsp oil in a nonstick pan.
- Step 6
Coat patties with remaining crushed oats and shallow fry until golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
