Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadhai.
- Step 2
Add 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.
- Step 3
Add 1/4th cup onion and saute till golden brown.
- Step 4
Add 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi and 1/8th tsp salt. Saute well.
- Step 5
Add water as required and mix well.
- Step 6
Add 1/2 cup chopped tomato to the mixture. Mix Well.
- Step 7
Add water as required, close the lid and cook till water dries.
- Step 8
Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Step 9
Serve hot with chapati.
