Steps
- Step 1
Soak 1 tbsp rice, 1 tsp urad dal. blend & ferment overnight.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp salt in batter.
- Step 3
Pour 1 ladle batter on a heated tawa.
- Step 4
Spread it in a round shape.
- Step 5
Then, add 2 tbsp of chopped tomato, and 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Add 2 tsp oil all around the uttapam and on the top.
- Step 7
Sprinkle and add 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, flip on to the other side, and roast evenly.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
