Steps
- Step 1
Make a smooth paste of 1.5 tbsp urad dal after soaking it for sometime.
- Step 2
In a bowl, add urad dal paste, 1 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper powder and mix the batter well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 4
In a pan, heat oil and add small portions of batter.
- Step 5
Deep fry until golden brown and crisp.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
