Steps
- Step 1
In a kadhai add 1/8 cup brown rice, water as required,1/2 sliced ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped broccoli,1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, and cook it till the rice is done and the congee is thick but of liquid consistency.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
