- Step 1
For Dough
In a mixing bowl add 1/3 cup whole wheat flour,1/2 tbsp sugar,1/3 tsp yeast,1/8 no. egg,1/8 no. egg yolk,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, prepared flour Nestlé A+ Milk batter and knead into the dough.
- Step 2
Cover the dough with lid or cloth and rest them for 30 minutes.
- Step 3
For Vegetable Stuffing
In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil add 1/8 cup chopped onion and saute it till light brown in color.
- Step 4
Add into the 1/8 cup chopped cabbage,1/8 cup diced carrot,1/4 tbsp brown sugar,1 tsp soya sauce,1/8 tsp rice vinegar,1 tsp cayenne pepper,1/8 tsp salt and saute it well.
- Step 5
Add into the 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, corn flour slurry, mix and cook it well.
- Step 6
Take a kneaded dough and divide the dough in a small equal portion.
- Step 7
Add vegetable stuffing in each portion and seal it.
- Step 8
Place on a baking tray and brush 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk.
- Step 9
Bake at 190 degrees celsius for 10 minutes and serve.
