- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp oats, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp grated cucumber, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp black urad dal, 2 tsp chopped onion, 4 kadi patta, 1/8 tsp hing and saute well.
- Step 3
Add the tempering to the oats Nestlé A+ Curd mixture.
- Step 4
Garnish with 1/2 tbsp anar seeds and 1 tsp chopped pudina.
