- Step 1
Heat a pan with a glass of water, add 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and mix until sugar dissolves

Add 1/3 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp ghee and combine all together.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding watermelon seeds
- Step 4
Turn off the flame, let it cool a bit and knead into a smooth dough.
- Step 5
Divide into two parts and roll each into a thick round
- Step 6
Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the pitha until light brown
- Step 7
Serve warm.
