- Step 1
In a bowl add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour,2 tbsp besan,1/8 tsp ajwain,1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/8 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp salt , water as required , mix and knead into a semisoft dough.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Divide the dough in a small portion and roll out each portion into a round papad.
- Step 4
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry papad.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
