Steps
- Step 1
For making Baigan Bhaja In a Kadhai add diced brinjal,1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi,1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp besan. Sprinkle water. Mix well.
- Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan
- Step 3
Fry until Golden
- Step 4
Serve Hot with Coriander chutney. Enjoy.
