Steps
- Step 1
Roast brinjal until charred, let it cool, mash it and set aside
- Step 2
In a bowl add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, roasted brinjal, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/4tsp black salt, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pomegranate
- Step 4
Chill and Serve.
