Steps
- Step 1
Soak & cook 2 tbsp brown rice and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 3
To the pan add 1 star anise, 1 bay leaf, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tsp chopped carrot, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and saute well.
- Step 4
Now add 1 tbsp chopped tomato and cooked brown rice.
- Step 5
Mix well to combine all the ingredients and add 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed black and white sesame seeds.
- Step 7
Serve hot with raita.
