Steps
- Step 1
First add 1/8 cup wheat flour, water as required and knead a dough.
- Step 2
Then, to make the stuffing, add 1 tsp of chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp of chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp of chopped red capsicum, 2 tsp grated carrot, 1/4 tsp each of jeera, dry mango powder, salt, 1/2 tsp white til and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste in a bowl.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 4
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 5
Take a small portion of the dough and fill the prepared mixture into it.
- Step 6
Now roll it into a paratha of desired shape.
- Step 7
In a heated pan, add 1/2 tsp ghee and roast the paratha evenly on both sides.
- Step 8
Delicious paratha is ready to serve with dahi.
