Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 4 tbsp soy Nestlé A+ Curd, 3 tbsp chopped chaulai, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/8 tsp salt, mix well.
- Step 2
Heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 2 kadi patta and allow to crackle.
- Step 3
Add tempering to the raita.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped ginger.
- Step 5
Serve with paratha.
