Steps
- Step 1
For Flour Mixture
In a bowl add 1/3 cup wheat flour,2 tbsp almond powder,1/2 tsp baking powder,1/8 tsp salt, and mix well.
- Step 2
For Cake
In another bowl adds 1 egg,3 tbsp jaggery powder, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and whisk well till a soft peak form.
- Step 3
Add melted butter, flour mixture, seedless cherries, and mix well.
- Step 4
Pour batter into a greased mold and bake at 250 degrees celsius for 30 to 35 mins.
- Step 5
Cut in slices and serve.
