Steps
- Step 1
Cut 60g chicken in long strips.
- Step 2
Make a puree of 1 tbsp chopped onion with water as required.
- Step 3
In a bowl prepare a marinade with prepared onion puree,1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp cumin powder,1/4 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp brown sugar,1/4 tsp peanut butter,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp chopped lemongrass and mix well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5
Add 2 green capsicum cubes ,2 red capsicum cubes, chicken strips and mix it well. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Step 6
Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a griller pan.
- Step 7
Insert green capsicum, chicken strips and red capsicum into skewers alternately.
- Step 8
Grill it in the heated oil and let it cook well.
- Step 9
Serve hot with noodles/rice or as a snack itself.
