Steps
- Step 1
Heat a frying pan, add 2 tsp oil and 1/4 tsp jeera.
- Step 2
Once the jeera starts crackling, add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and sauté.
- Step 3
Once the onions turn slightly brown, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes and sauté again.
- Step 4
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi and pour in a little water.
- Step 5
Further, add 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 100 gm chicken pieces and sauté well.
- Step 6
Once the chicken is coated with all the ingredients, pour in a little more water, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and the previously made mustard leaves puree.
- Step 7
Mixing properly, add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 8
Cover and allow it to cook for a few more minutes.
- Step 9
Once cooked, take off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Step 10
Serve hot with chapatti.
