Steps
- Step 1
Take a mixing bowl and add 1/2 cup boiled mashed potatoes, 2 tbsp boiled mashed green peas, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Mix well, making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed and make small balls.
- Step 4
Take a regular cookiecutter, and use it to make the cutlets of the desired cookie shape.
- Step 5
Heat 2 tsp oil in a nonstick pan.
- Step 6
Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
