Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add soaked sabudana, mashed potato, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1/4 tsp jeera, and 1/2 salt.
- Step 2
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix again.
- Step 4
Roll the mixture into balls and press gently.
- Step 5
In a kadhai, heat oil for frying.
- Step 6
Deep fry the patties till they turn golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve hot with mint chutney
