Steps
- Step 1
In a kadai, add water, 3 tbsp couscous and cook well.
- Step 2
In a pan, add 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 cup diced mushroom and saute well.
- Step 3
Now, add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 4
Add cooked couscous and mix well.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
