Steps
- Step 1
Prepreparation
Soak and grind rice and urad dal. Mix and ferment it overnight.
- Step 2
For the dosa
In the batter, add 2 tbsp grated cucumber, 1.5 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp salt and mix the batter well.
- Step 3
In a pan, add 1 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Pour and spread the batter evenly.
- Step 5
Flip and roast on the other side.
- Step 6
For the chutney
In a mixie jar, add 1/8 tbsp chopped fresh coconut, 1/8 tsp chopped ginger, 1/8 tbsp chana dal, 1/8th tsp tamarind paste, 1/8 tsp chopped green chili, 1/8th tsp salt and blend it well.
- Step 7
Add water and blend it well.
- Step 8
For the tadka, heat a small pan, add 1/8 tsp oil.
- Step 9
Put 1/8 tsp rai and allow it to crackle.
- Step 10
Add 1/2 kadi patta, 1/8th tsp black urad dal.
- Step 11
Add the hot tadka on the chutney.
