Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, take 1 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2
Add a little water and knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 4
Roll out the dough into a round paratha and keep it aside.
- Step 5
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame put the paratha on it and roast it.
- Step 6
Flip, apply 1.5 tsp ghee and make sure both sides are browned well.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
