Steps
- Step 1
For Shortcrust Pastry
In a bowl add 3/4 cup wheat flour, and 2 tbsp butter, and rubbed with your hand till a crumbly texture forms.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp Jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, water as required, and knead into a dough.
- Step 3
Roll out dough in a round shape then place it in the mold and stream sides of the dough. Make strips from the streamed dough.
- Step 4
For Green Apple Pie
In a bowl add 1/2 cup diced green apple, 1 tsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp lemon juice,1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder, and mix well.
- Step 5
Fill the mixture in a covered dough mold and cover with dough strips.
- Step 6
Brush with 1 tsp butter on top and bake at 180 degrees Celcius For 20 min.
- Step 7
Serve warm
