Boil 1/4 cup peas, drain the excess water, and mash to a paste. Keep aside.

In a bowl, add mashed peas, 2 tsp rice flour, 2 tsp besan, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp salt, water as required, and mix to a smooth batter.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.

Heat 1.25 tsp oil on a nonstick pan and pour a scoopful of the batter.
- Step 5
Spread evenly to form a pancake.
- Step 6
Allowing it to cook, flip, and make sure both sides are browned well.
- Step 7
Serve fresh and hot.
