Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and saute.
- Step 2
Add 3 broccoli florets, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper and saute.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 4
Add coconut milk slurry, 1 tbsp green thai curry paste and mix well.
- Step 5
Add water to adjust the consistency.
- Step 6
Add the tofu, basil leaves.
- Step 7
Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 8
Serve warm with rice or noodles.
