Steps
- Step 1
Blanch and puree 1/4 cup chopped carrot.
- Step 2
Knead a semi soft dough using 3/4 cup maida, carrot puree, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and water as required.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Rest the dough for 5 mins.
- Step 5
Divide it into equal sized balls.
- Step 6
Roll out into round shape.
- Step 7
Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
