PrePreparation
Make palak puree from 1 tbsp chopped palak.

Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 tbsp palak puree, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, and 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, mixing well.

Add a little water and knead it into a soft dough.

Divide the dough into equalsized balls.
- Step 5
Take one dough ball, dust it with a little flour, and roll it into a round shape.
- Step 6
Heat a nonstick tava on medium heat and roast the paratha using 1.5 tsp ghee.
- Step 7
Cook till the parathas turn golden brown on both sides.
- Step 8
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot.
- Step 9
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd.
