Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup pomegranate, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum and mix well
- Step 2
Season with 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 3
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 4
