Steps
- Step 1
For Ragda
Soak 8 tbsp vatana overnight and pressure cook with 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp salt and required water until 5 whistles. Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 2
For Pattice
Cook 1 tbsp quinoa and keep aside.
- Step 3
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato, cooked quinoa, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 4
Mash and mix it well
- Step 5
Roll it into a round shaped pattice
- Step 6
Heat a pan, add 4 tsp oil and add the pattice.
- Step 7
Flip and shallow fry the pattice evenly on both the sides.
- Step 8
For serving, place the pattice in a deep plate and pour the prepared ragda on it.
