Steps
- Step 1
Soak 1 tbsp rice and 1 tsp ural dal for 2 Hours. Grind it and ferment it overnight. Cook 1/8 cup tur dal and keep it aside.
- Step 2
For Batter
In a bowl take the batter and add 2 tbsp ragi flour along with 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3
Add water as desired, mix well and keep it aside.
- Step 4
For Sambhar
In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil,1/8 tsp rai,1/8 tsp hing,1/8 no. red chilli,2 no.kadi patta,cooked tur dal,1/8 cup diced brinjal,1/8 cup diced capsicum,1/8 cup chopped tomato,1/4 tbsp tamarind,1 no.drumstick,1/4 tsp grated fresh coconut,1/8 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/8 tsp sambhar powder,1/8 tsp haldi,1/8 tsp salt, water as required.
- Step 5
For Dosa
Spread batter on tawa and roast with 1 tsp oil
- Step 6
Flip and roast till both sides are cooked.
- Step 7
Serve with sambhar
