Steps
- Step 1
For Jaggery Syrup
In a pan add 5 tbsp Jaggery powder, water as required and bring to a boil.
- Step 2
Add 1 green elaichi ,1/8 tsp lemon juice and cook it well.
- Step 3
For Gulab Jamun
In a mixing bowl add roasted ragi flour, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tbsp ghee,1 tbsp fresh cream, 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and knead into the dough.
- Step 4
Make small round Jamun balls and deep fry in heated oil.
- Step 5
Soak fried Jamun balls in sugar syrup and serve.
