Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tbsp chopped almonds and salt for taste
- Step 2
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Apply 1/2 tsp ghee and rest the dough for 5 min.
- Step 4
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a flat, round or oval shape using a rolling pin
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 6
Heat a tawa or skillet on mediumhigh. Place the kulcha on the hot tawa, topping side up, and cook until bubbles form.
- Step 7
Flip the kulcha and cook the other side until golden brown spots appear. Press it lightly with a spatula for even cooking.
- Step 8
Apply butter on top and serve warm
