Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 3/4 cup skimmed milk and bring it to a boil.
- Step 2
Add coarse red rice mixture, chopped dates and mix well
- Step 3
Cook over low flame until it gets cooked
- Step 4
Add kesar, 1/8 tsp elaichi powder and simmer until it thickens
- Step 5
Turn off the flame and let it cool
- Step 6
Add 2 tsp rose syrup and mix well
- Step 7
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped almonds and rose petals
- Step 8
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped walnuts
- Step 9
Refrigerate and serve chilled
