Steps
- Step 1
Patty
In a heated pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp fresh peas, 1/2 tsp grated garlic and saute well.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp oats, 1/4 tsp jeera powder,1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3
Take a bowl and add the oats mix, mashed sweet potato, mix well and shape into a tikki.
- Step 4
Press gently and stuff it with 2 tbsp grated coconut.
- Step 5
Shallow fry with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 6
Burger
Cut a medium burger bun into half.
- Step 7
Spread 1 tsp tomato ketchup evenly on 1 side of the bun and 1 tsp mayonnaise on the other.
- Step 8
Add 2 slices of onion, 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the prepared tikki. Cover with the other half of the bun.
- Step 9
Serve.
