Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup soy Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt and whisk until smooth
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup grated green zucchini and mix well
- Step 3
For tadka, heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp rai and 4 kadi patta.
- Step 4
Pour it over the raita and mix well
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 6
Serve fresh.
