Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp rai, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 red chilli, 2 tsp chopped onion and saute until light brown.
- Step 2
Add agathi leaves, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and 1/4 tsp salt for taste.
- Step 3
Cover and cook until soft
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 5
Garnish with 2 tsp grated coconut.
- Step 6
Mix and serve hot.
