Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadai.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and allow to crackle.
- Step 3
Add 1/8 cup chopped onion, saute till golden brown.
- Step 4
Add 1/8 cup chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, mix everything well.
- Step 5
Add water as required.
- Step 6
Add 1/4 cup chopped cauliflower, 1/4 cup diced potato, give it a quick stir.
- Step 7
Add Water if required.
- Step 8
Close the lid and cook till potato is tender.
- Step 9
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, mix and serve.
