- Step 1
For Dal Gosht
Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil add 1/2 of prepared brown onions,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,2 tbsp chopped tomatoes and saute till tomato turns mushy.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and saute till oil separates.
- Step 3
Add water as required.
- Step 4
Add boiled chana dal, boiled masoor dal and 75 gm boiled mutton pieces, mix well and required amount of water.
- Step 5
Bring to boil and add 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tbsp chopped pudina and d remaining brown onions.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
