Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp coconut oil, add 2 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tsp chopped garlic and saute until soft
- Step 2
Add drumstick leaves puree, pour a little water to adjust the consistency
- Step 3
Season with 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 4
Simmer for 5 minutes
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 6
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve warm
