Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Soak 2.5 tbsp jowar overnight.
- Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker.
- Step 3
Then add 1/4 tsp jeera and roast it well.
- Step 4
Add 2 tbsp chopped onion & saute well.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp peas & 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute well.
- Step 6
Add 1/8 tsp hing and stir well.
- Step 7
Then add soaked jowar, 1/8 tsp salt and required water and mix well.
- Step 8
Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, stir well.
- Step 9
Pressure Cook till 5 whistles and pour it in a bowl & serve hot.
