- Step 1
Take a mixing bowl to add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp besan, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and mix well. Keep aside.
- Step 2
Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan at a low flame, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, 4 kadi patta, 2 tbsp of previously cooked whole moong and mix well.
- Step 3
Further, pour in the previously made Nestlé A+ Curd mixture, a little water and mix well.
- Step 4
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and stir well.
- Step 5
Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Serve hot with chapatti.
