- Step 1
In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder,1/4 tsp powder sugar,1/8 tsp salt,1/4 tsp yeast,1/8 tsp baking soda and mix it well.
- Step 2
Add into the 3/4 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 40 ml Nestlé A+ Milk and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp butter and again knead it nicely.Rest it for 30 mins.
- Step 4
Spread round dough with hand in a round shape naan and brush 10 ml Nestlé A+ Milk on top of the naan.
- Step 5
Spread 1 tsp white til and apply water on the backside of naan. Place naan on a heated tawa and roast from the backside.
- Step 6
Transfer naan to baking tray when it's done from the bottom side and bake at 200 degrees celcius for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Step 7
When it's done than brush 1/2 tsp melted butter on top of the naan and serve.
