- Step 1
In a small bowl, add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well. Keep aside.
- Step 2
Take a pressure cooker and heat 1.5 tsp oil in it.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 cup julienne onion and saute till it turns golden brown.
- Step 4
Add 1 green elaichi, 2 cloves, 1/4 tsp black pepper and saute well.
- Step 5
Add the prepared Nestlé A+ Curd paste and saute till the oil releases.
- Step 6
Add 150g goat legs pieces and mix well with the masala.
- Step 7
Then add water as required, 1 bay leaf and 1/4 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 8
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 9
Cover and pressure cook till 7 to 8 whistles.
- Step 10
Finally add 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and 1 tsp chopped pudina.
- Step 11
Serve hot.
