- Step 1
For marination
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tsp oil. Mix well.
- Step 2
Now add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp corn flour mixture, 20 ml water and mix into a smooth paste. Keep aside.
- Step 3
For tikka skewers
Insert vegetables & paneer alternately on skewers, apply the marination well.

Roast till light brown or well cooked.
- Step 5
For gravy
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 6
To the pan, add 1/8 tsp jeera, 3 tbsp tomato puree and bring to a boil.
- Step 7
Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp amchur, 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well.
- Step 8
Add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 50 ml water and the cooked tikkas.
- Step 9
Give it a good mix (Optional Garnish with cream and coriander leaves).
Serve hot with rotis.
