Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pressure cooker with 1/2 tbsp oil, add 1/4 cup diced pumpkin, 1/8 cup grated cauliflower, 1/4 cup chopped tomato, 1/8 cup chopped green capsicum and saute for aminute
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala and mix everything well
- Step 3
Add water for cooking, clos ethe lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles
- Step 4
Open the lid and mash until smooth
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sprouts
- Step 6
Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Roast 2 pav with 1/4 tsp butter and serve with hot pumpkin pav bhaji.
